Halcyon Digital - 3D Digital Design Agency

1. Services

Halcyon Digital will provide subscription-based design services ("Services") as outlined in the client's chosen subscription plan. Specific deliverables and project scope will be agreed upon at the start of each project.

2. Payment

• Subscription fees are due in advance on a recurring basis as per the client's chosen billing cycle.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• No refunds will be issued once work on a project has commenced.
• Subscription fees will not be charged during the pause period.

3. Intellectual Property

• Halcyon Digital retains ownership of all project files, including source files, design concepts, and working drafts, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The client will own the final deliverables upon completion of the project and full payment of all fees.
• Halcyon Digital reserves the right to use all deliverables for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio showcases and marketing materials.

4. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
• This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of this agreement.

5. Subscription Pause and Resumption

• The client has the option to pause their subscription once per billing cycle.
• During the pause period, no services will be provided, and no fees will be charged.
